Windows warned me about the installer. Is it safe?
Yes. VellaMotion isn't signed yet, so Windows doesn't recognise it: choose More info → Run anyway. If Smart App Control blocks it outright, the installation guide explains your choices, including a refund.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If VellaMotion isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund. The details are in the refund policy.
What happens if my subscription ends?
As with other subscription software, its features stop until you renew. Your projects and the clips you placed in Premiere are your own files and stay exactly where they are.
Do I need the internet?
Only to download it, to activate your key, and for updates. Lite and Pro then work offline for good. The subscription checks in when you start VellaMotion online and keeps working for 14 days offline at a time.
Can I use it on my laptop and my desktop?
Yes. A Lite or Pro key works on up to 3 computers, a subscription on up to 5. Moving to a new one is a click in Help → Licence.
Lost your key, or want to cancel?
Your orders and keys has everything: sign in with the email you bought with to see your receipts and keys, update your card or cancel a subscription.
Can I move up to Pro or the subscription later?
Yes, any time: enter the new key in Help → Licence and your projects come with you. Lite owners moving to Pro pay only the difference.
What does "every 2.x update" mean?
Lite and Pro include every update of version 2: new features as well as fixes. Version 3 will be a paid upgrade, at a discount for owners. The subscription includes every version.
Does it change my photos with AI?
No. It moves, reveals and highlights the pixels already in your picture. Models run on your computer only to understand it: where the depth is, where the text lines are, where the bars of a chart are.
